Appointments
If you have already received an invitation by mail, you can make an appointment online at https://service.berlin.de/corona or by telephone at the following number: +49 30 9028 2200.
Please note that Arena Berlin is unable to provide appointments.
Parking & access
There are no parking facilities around the ARENA BERLIN site.
It is currently not possible, to drive aup in your own car.
Please use the following parking and service options, or come by taxi.
We recommend the parking garage at Park Center Treptow, am Treptower Park 14, 12435 Berlin.
A free shuttle service connects the parking garage (stop: Beermannstr.) with the vaccination centre.
The accessible shuttle runs daily between 08:00 and 18:30 o’clock, every 6 minutes (Route).
For the group of elderly, mobility-impaired or precarious visitors, the VBB Bus & Bahn-Begleitservice is also available as a support service, which accompanies public transport users from the door of their home to the vaccination centre and back again if required.

Telephone booking requests are accepted Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 o’clock.
